Barbra I. Black has been practicing law for over eighteen years and is a founding member and managing partner of Black & Vitelli, LLC. Attorney Black was a former partner at Burns & Levinson, LLP, where she practiced for over eight years in the firm's Divorce and Family Law group. Prior to that, she was a solo practitioner for several years, concentrating her practice in domestic relations and criminal defense. Attorney Black concentrates her practice in the areas of divorce and family law. She has extensive litigation and trial experience and handles a variety of cases involving complex and diverse issues. Attorney Black is licensed in Massachusetts and New Hampshire and her practice includes prenuptial agreements, divorce, paternity, custody and child support cases, alimony issues, complaints for contempt and complaints for modification. Attorney Black's partner, Sarah B. Vitelli, also handles divorce and family law cases but concentrates her practice in the area of immigration law. Attorney Vitelli has been working in the field of immigration law for over eight years and she handles a variety of immigration cases involving employment and family-based immigrant and non-immigrant visas, and deportation/removal.
